Refund Policy

30-day, no-questions refund. Work through the first two modules. If you don't understand Palantir more clearly than from anything else you've read or watched, email us within 30 days for a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email courses@dcsocialmedia.co.uk from the address you enrolled with, within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process it promptly — no questions asked.

After a refund

Once refunded, your access to the Course ends. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
